Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email, optional mobile number, class and board, together with learning progress, quiz attempts, purchases and support communications.

Payment card or bank credentials are processed by Razorpay. StudentPal stores payment references and purchase status, not full card details.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, provide purchased content, personalise learning progress, answer subject-specific AI questions, send essential account and purchase messages, prevent misuse and improve the service.

Storage and sharing

Account and learning records are stored in MongoDB Atlas and learning files in Amazon S3. We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, email, payment and AI service providers acting on our behalf.

First-party journey measurement

StudentPal assigns a random, pseudonymous journey identifier to measure how course discovery leads to free learning, registration, checkout, purchase and the first paid lesson. Campaign parameters such as source, referral, YouTube campaign and promo code may be stored with these milestones. This first-party measurement does not store payment-card details and is used to understand platform conversion and improve the student journey.

Optional analytics

If you accept optional analytics, StudentPal may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate page and feature usage. Analytics is not used for targeted advertising, Google signals are disabled, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses or payment details. You can decline optional analytics and continue using the platform.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting support. Certain purchase and compliance records may be retained where legally required.

Student safety

A parent or guardian should supervise use where required by applicable law. StudentPal is designed for school learning and does not knowingly use student information for targeted advertising.
